The location was perfect for walking to the parade and nearby attractions like the Old Governor's Mansion. The staff was super friendly and always called us by name. Plus, the on-site bar was a great spot to unwind after a day of fun.
We encountered a hiccup with valet service upon arrival. it seemed like we had to fend for ourselves a bit instead of receiving immediate assistance. This could be improved to match the overall experience.

! Jason was the manager and always had a smile, gave great recommendations for adventures around town. Also, Sunshine at the bar? That was a ray of light in this whole place. He made me feel like we were best friends right away!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still, it was acceptable.

Great staff and comfy beds!
Had a nice stay here for a Mardi Gras ball. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel’s right near the River Center, which made things easy. Just wish the on-site restaurant wasn't so slow. took ages for my buddy's meal. Overall, would def come back for the vibe!

exciting bar atmosphere, scenic river view, convenient location
Valet service wait times felt excessive!!! The restaurant menu is misleading. alternatives nearby are preferable!!! The room sizes need reevaluation, providing more comfort would enhance the guest experience.

I really enjoyed my recent stay, especially lounging by the pool and taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast each morning. They even offered a fantastic back massage that left me feeling relaxed. The only downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

Impressive experience with genuinely friendly staff who made my solo visit welcoming. The room was comfortable, and room service offered delicious biscuits and gravy at a great price. While the dining area was somewhat small and the wifi could be improved, the shuttle service was a standout feature that made getting around easy and enjoyable. I appreciated the option to explore on rented bicycles as well.
